Fineman joins Olbermann lie about Clinton
Fri Mar 07, 2008 at 01:32:04 PM PDT
Keith Olbermann has become such a disappointment. As diaries and HIS SHOW display a different agenda than that of his truth telling days we all long for.
Instead, Keithie has decided to become a surrogate of the TV personalities for the Obama campaigns smear machine. A day I don't think even the Obama followers expected to see.
Linda's rant. Since when do Democrats take advice from Right Wingers?
Thu Mar 06, 2008 at 11:07:32 AM PDT
Funny; where were the Democrats when all the righties were attacking Hillary during the Democratic Primary to try to influence the Democratic election, to bloody and drop her numbers, so they could have a weaker candidate to run against? There was hardly a day that the Republican candidates weren't talking about Hillary, or bringing up Hillary in every Republican debate.
The righties were doing everything possible to influence the Democratic primary, to select who they wanted to run against. 9 Republican (male) Candidates jumping on Hillary and 7 (male) Democratic Candidates attacking Hillary. All the right wing talk radio and TV talking heads joining in on the fight. Even having Republican strategists Karl Rove offering advice to Obama, Robert Novak bating attacks and Republican Strategists (Frank Luntz) going on talk shows pushing Barack Obama. All because they know Hillary was the candidate they feared most. Hillary and a Clinton, so far the only Democrat who has consistently beat Republicans.
Hillary: "I have the experience to run against McCain"
Mon Mar 03, 2008 at 09:51:04 PM PDT
I understand that people seem to fancy the distortion tactics we see so frequently as a means to further a bias as we see from political reporters or strategists, but doesn't it go a bit far to make a false claim?
A blogger actually posts a diary with a claim "Hillary:McCain would be better than Obama", and no where is that supported in the few quotations distorted from the CBS blogthat he linked from a couple of days ago.
Barack Obama, "The Candidate"
Tue Feb 26, 2008 at 04:40:13 PM PDT
This week in a local paper, Leland Lehrman, Editor of the Sun News, wrote an article uncovering some of the guise of Barack Obama.
It's a very detailed article tying up some loose ends I had not put together. And as he states, "But two recent analyses by respected senior political strategists, Ambassador Joe Wilson and historian Webster Tarpley, have totally burst the bubble."
President Hillary. I like the sound of that.

President Hillary. I like the sound of that.
Americans (and the world) have been yearning change for years now. Each day growing out of disillusionment of the false promises and failed policies of George Bush's first campaign and his first days in office. Yes, not a majority of Democrats believed his empty rhetoric, his calls for being "compassionate" , "integrity in the White House", "being a Uniter" , "strict Constructionist-no litmus on pro-life" (don’t choke on that one), and, another fav for us, "no nation building". Even for us who paid attention to the issues and his record, we knew his rhetoric didn’t match, but we still never dreamed he would be as bad as he actually is.
Axelrod's creations. His words for Obama, Patrick and Edwards
Thu Feb 21, 2008 at 01:50:13 PM PDT
This is just getting hysterical now. Totally manufactured candidates. Prescripted speeches and themes that David Axelrod keeps reusing for candidates that fit his formula.
"He's the one who wrote those ads, framed that shot and came up with the "Yes We Can" tag line. "I don't bring these messages to candidates," Axelrod says when I point out the similarities. "I look for candidates who exemplify and reflect those messages."
Obama: I Believe In Free Trade
Sun Feb 17, 2008 at 01:36:44 PM PDT
Ohio is being bombarded with another Obama attack on Hillary. I suspect he will do this for the remaining states Primaries as well, like he did with Universal Health Care for all mailer to Californians. This is a mass mailer claiming Hillary said "NAFTA was a boon for our economy". As you will see, and also note, Hillary never claimed to be pro NAFTA and Hillary has been campaigning for fair trade and was one of the very first to advise she would close the Corporate Loop Holes that are actually paying and incentive to shipping American jobs overseaas, but the paper that Obama is using for a quote clearly states it was their wording and haven't even found a quote from Hillary to suggest it.

Hillary Clinton Wins New Mexico!
Thu Feb 14, 2008 at 02:58:55 PM PDT
In a long awaited result from New Mexico's election on Super Duper Tuesday, the results show Hillary Clinton did win the state of New Mexico.
Hillary Clinton was up by 1,121 votes before those many provisional ballots had to be certified and counted.
BREAKING: Jack Nicholson Endorsed Hillary!
Tue Feb 05, 2008 at 08:58:19 AM PDT
In a surprise announcement on this morning’s Rick Dees show, Oscar-winning actor Jack Nicholson endorsed Hillary Clinton for president.
Now here is a good and secure man who is not afraid of a strong Woman to be President of the United States.
The surprising thing is, this happened yesterday, but you wouldn't know it by the Corporate Media's failure to report positive news for Hillary.
Of course Krugman is correct-No Universal Health Care with Obama
Mon Feb 04, 2008 at 10:01:19 AM PDT
This is not hard to see unless you are really squeezing your eyes shut and screaming "I can't hear you".
Obama himself has said it doesn't cover everyone. But he actually claimed in last weeks debate that it was because they wouldn't pay for it, or claimed it was too much for them to afford.

Psssst, Larry O’Donnell, us REAL Left Democrats Are Who Vote
Fri Jan 18, 2008 at 09:08:32 AM PDT
Rather shocked to hear Lawrence O’Donnell make such disparaging remarks last night against voters and John Edwards on Countdown with Keith Olbermann. No, not that he hasn’t been displayed his condescending, nasty, mean and arrogant persona before, I just didn’t expect him to do it on TV.
I know he’s been pushing for Senator Obama for over a year. I remember hearing him first declare that when he had a somewhat regular spot on Al Franken’s show. But of late, this other character I had not seen previously has been coming to the surface. Is this the all too familiar character trait we can come to expect from his supporters?
Will the grassroots shift consciousness and create the tippiing point?

What will it take to look in to the future and act before it's too late?
Bono writes:
"Al Gore is the kind of leader these times require. Not as President — God and the Electoral College have given him a different job. As it happens, Al is at work repositioning his country from the inside out as a leader in clean energy; and along the way restoring faith in the U.S. as a moral powerhouse that can lead a great, global spiritual revival as the temperature rises."

Al Gore's Home, 1 of just 14 LEED Homes in our Country!
Sat Dec 15, 2007 at 12:02:40 PM PDT
Al Gore is making environmentalists and tree huggers smile with pride over the latest news that Al Gore not only talks a great talk, but has the walk of a GREEN walk.
The Gore family purchased an 80 year old 10,000 square foot home in 2002, that also houses offices for both, Al Gore and his wife, Tipper, in which they started making a series of steps in energy and environmental improvements.
CNN, Are they the two headed baby of the National Inquirer
Thu Dec 13, 2007 at 10:42:55 AM PDT
CNN seems to be going out there way to show us how in bed they are with the Corporations, Special Interests and the Republicans. Which means, like a propagandist outlet, they say anything to help their cause. Like FOX, if the facts don't support their agenda, they just make it up.
So what did CNN do when former Vietnam Vet, Reporter, Congressman, Senator, Vice President, President Elect, Award Winning Television Network Founder and World Reknown Environmentalist accepted his Nobel Peace Prize this week? They compared him to Jerry Lewis as the Nutty Professor.
Congratulations Al Gore on your Nobel Peace Prize

Today Mr. Gore is being honored in Oslo, Norway, along with the IPCC (the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change) on their decades of work to alert the world and change course on man made Climate Change caused by Global Warming.
Oslo, Al Gore: "I have one reason for being optimistic, and that is that I see throughout my own country, the United States of America, and throughout the world the rising of the world's first people-power movement on a global basis," he said.
